Colleen Anderson - Broker - Colleen graduated from Emory University in 1989 where she earned her Business Finance degree with a Real Estate emphasis. After moving to Americus in 2003, she earned her Real Estate Salesperson’s License followed her Broker's license. Colleen has served on the Board of Directors for the Americus Board of Realtors and currently holds the position of Past President.
Vicki Bailey - Licensed Agent - Vicki worked with Cooper B-Line for 22 years in Norcross and Ellaville GA before opening Anderson-Bailey Real Estate with Colleen in 2010. Vicki currently holds a Real Estate Salespersons license and manages the Anderson-Bailey office located at 211 North Jackson Street in Americus. Vicki's primary goal is providing excellent customer service to our tenants and the owners of the properties we manage.
Hayleigh Burks - Licensed Agent - Hayleigh graduated from Georgia Southwestern State University in 2017 and immediately began her full-time career in real estate. After several years in property management, Hayleigh obtained her Georgia Real Estate License and has expanded her role with the company in the area of real estate sales. She currently serves as a 3 Year Director on the Board of Directors for the Americus Board of Realtors. Hayleigh is ready to help you reach all of your real estate goals.
Ashley Peavy - Leasing Assistant - Ashley graduated in Business Management from Georgia Southwestern State University in 2022 and joined Anderson-Bailey to begin her full-time career in real estate. She also received an Entrepreneurship Certificate while in college. Ashley's helpful demeanor and strong work ethic make her invaluable in her new position. We are excited to have Ashley join our team and know she will be a tremendous asset to the company.
