My name is Colleen Anderson and I was raised in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2003, my family was given the opportunity to leave behind the hectic lifestyle we had known all our lives and relocate to Americus. Upon our first visit, we knew immediately that our lives would be changing for the better. I simply cannot imagine a better place to raise our children. I am a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta with a degree in Finance/Real Estate Investment. I earned my Real Estate Salesperson’s License in 2004 and passed the examination for my Broker’s License in 2009. I am excited to be opening Anderson-Bailey Real Estate and look forward to meeting you and helping you accomplish all of your real estate needs.
